Roger Pawlak is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern(IMH8718). He is aprofessional counselor who graduated from Stetson
University, DeLand, FL with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. He is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC).
Roger has worked at Haven Recovery Center in Deland, FL as a Residential Substance Abuse Counselor in the Co-occurring Disorders Unit at Stone Street Residential Treatment Center for Men; as well as for Neighbor To Family in the Family In-Home Recovery & Support Team (FIRST) Program, a prevention program to keep abused and neglected children safe and families intact while diverting the need for foster placement.

Roger welcomes clients of all faith backgrounds but has a niche for working with people interested in integrating their Christian faith with their counseling experience. He utilizes cognitive-behavioral therapy, EMDR, and solution focused therapy within a family systems framework to help bring healing and growth to individuals, couples and families.
Outside of work, Roger enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and family; being involved at his Church, playing softball, playing basketball, and walking.
